On 10 September, Binghatti launched Skyblade, its AED 2 billion Dubai development with a gala at the Rixos Tersane Istanbul overlooking the Golden Horn and Bosphorus Sea. The event, hosted by actor Terry Crews, drew over 2,000 investors, dignitaries, and cultural figures, accompanied by live orchestral performances.
Positioned on Burj Khalifa Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, Skyblade will feature 621 residences, including Royal Suites, premium studios with private jacuzzis, and exclusive two- and three-bedroom units with private pools. The tower’s crown will host an Infinity Sky Pool with panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and the city skyline.
Following the Istanbul launch, Binghatti announced a five-day sales showcase at Swissotel The Bosphorus (Sept. 7–11), offering tailored consultations and exclusive investment opportunities.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti described Skyblade as a “legacy project” and one of the final developments in Downtown Dubai’s core, emphasizing its role in bridging cultures and shaping global architectural icons.
