Plans for ArtsPark Lofts, a mixed-use residential development in downtown Fort Lauderdale, continue to evolve as the project moves toward City Commission review. Originally envisioned as a 30-story tower with 289 residences, approximately 1,900 square feet of retail space, and a six-story parking garage with 359 spaces, the proposal has now been updated to reflect a slightly larger scope and increased density.
The latest iteration calls for a 32-story building rising 372 feet above grade, featuring 301 residential units, 1,200 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 367-space parking structure. Despite the adjustments in scale and layout, many key design elements remain unchanged, including the planned range of on-site communal amenities for residents.
Designed by FSMY Architecture, the project maintains the firm’s growing presence in Fort Lauderdale’s development scene. FSMY has been involved in several major projects across the city, including Las Olas Phase Two, a 42-story tower with 563 rental apartments, and Croissant Park North and South, a proposed four-tower residential complex comprising 932 units.
Proposed by Floridian Development, ArtsPark Lofts is planned for 407–421 N Andrews Avenue in Broward County, positioned near downtown’s expanding cultural and residential corridor. The Fort Lauderdale City Commission is scheduled to review the updated plans on October 23, marking the next step toward realizing this addition to the city’s growing skyline.
