Rising rapidly along the Ras Al Khaimah coastline, the project’s signature skyscraper—planned to reach 305 meters—is now nearing completion and the structure has topped out at 70 floors. This major construction milestone released by Wynn Resorts and confirmed by CVU (previously CTBUH) is their landmark development on Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to become the UAE’s first integrated resort when it opens in early 2027.

Spanning over 60 hectares, the AED$5.1 billion resort will offer 1,217 rooms, 297 enclave suites, ten Marina Estates, four garden townhomes, and two royal apartments. Amenities will include 22 restaurants, bars, and lounges, a beach club, spa and wellness facilities, luxury retail, and the Coral Court event venue. Additional attractions feature The Showroom theatre, 12 swimming pools, a 420-meter white-sand beach, and a deep-water marina designed for superyachts.

Construction progress remains strong, with structural work completed on 1,526 of 1,530 units and interior fit-outs underway in most spaces. Mechanical and electrical installations continue across the development. The façade installation is 73 percent finished, with more than 19,000 of 26,247 panels already in place. Low-rise structures across the site are also nearly complete, with concrete and steel works at 97 percent.

Developed in partnership with Marjan Properties and RAK Hospitality Holding, Wynn Al Marjan Island is located about 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
