Construction is underway for a 27-story tower at 130 Little Collins in Melbourne.

Designed by Cox Architecture, the AU$190 million (US$ 141 million) tower will house column-free office floorplates from levels two through 27 with a wrap-around garden terrace on level eight and a communal rooftop garden.

At ground level, a retail tenancy will open onto Coromandel Place. Below ground level, amenities will include private changing rooms with shower and towel service, as well as a lounge and bicycle parking.

Developer Golden Age Group is aiming for a 5-Star Green Star Design and As-Built, and WELL Certification for the project.

Since the launch of the project late last year, 50 percent of the project is already sold.
