The two office towers of Global Office Park in Katowice have been awarded an occupancy permit.
The two 104 meter office towers contain 55,200 square meters of office space. Already, the two buildings are 70 percent leased. Global Office Park, which has been developed by Cavatina Holding at the junction of ul. Mickiewicza and ul. Dąbrówki in Katowice, is a mixed-use complex comprising includes office, service and residential space.
As well as the two towers, Building C, which was completed earlier and is fully leased, also contains office space as well as 670 rental apartments managed by Resi Capital. The three towers share a five-story base with restaurants and retail/service space. Residents and office workers will also have access to 2,300 square meters of green relaxation areas created on terraces within the complex.
