Elements Europe, an off-site specialist, has been appointed as the main contractor on a £100 million (US$125 million) London modular hotel and office development The central London scheme will provide five stories of offices below a 17-story volumetric modular hotel, Motel One 4.
The modular hotel and office development will deliver on the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals of its stakeholders, with the majority of the superstructure constructed by prefabricated modules.
The project will be delivered with strategies designed to reduce embodied and operational carbon.
