The Tokyu Department Store Shibuya Main Store will be 36 floors above ground and 4 below, with an overall height of 164.8 meters. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2027.
Promoted by a partnership between Tokyu Group and LCRE (L Catterton Real Estate), the development will offer retail, world-class small luxury hotels, and high-quality rentals. Included will be a light-filled atrium located in the center of the facility, as well as a healing green space called “The Sanctuary”. It aims to become a new landmark in Shibuya through the fusion of art and culture with the adjacent Bunkamura.
