Applications for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, and Site Plan Approval have been submitted to the City of Toronto by Bousfields Inc for the redevelopment of 3080 Dufferin Street, which would result in two new buildings placed on either side of a new north-south street. 

D’Onofrio Holdings Inc and Dufferin Lawrence Property Ltd and Kohn Partnership Architects Inc are all behind the project. The proposal seeks a total Gross Floor Area of 36,030 square meters which would have a gross density of 2.82 FSI on the lot. Block 1 would feature a mixed-use building atop a podium as well as a 26-story tower rising to 83 meeters. A public park is also proposed, with 1,510 square meters in area. A total of 410 residential units are proposed, ranging from studios to one-bedrooms, to two-bedrooms, three-bedrooms and townhouse units.
