A new luxury development is on its way to Cebu. The four-tower Mantawi Residences will reside along Ouano Avenue in Mandaue City.
The first tower of this project will have 474 residential condominiums units, including four penthouse units, whose prices will range from P15 million (US$270,736) to P60 million (US$1 million).
The units offer built-in smart home devices and spacious penthouses with multiple loggias to enjoy an expansive view of Cebu City’s skyline.
A variety of landscaped areas, including beach-inspired pools, will build out the amenity area. RLC Residences is the developer.
The first Mantawi Residences tower will have 310 one-bedroom units (46 square meters), 148 two-bedroom units (92 square meters and 115 square meters), and 12 three-bedroom units (138 square meters). There are four penthouse units (207 square meters) which will have three bedrooms, a dining area, kitchen, living room, study den, utility room, powder room, and balconies.
