Danube Properties has recently announced the launch of their newest project, Elitz 3, which will be located in the Jumeirah Village Circle area. The development will consist of twin towers that rise 40 and 46 stories and will offer 750 residential units, including studio apartments and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as a few retail stores. The project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Elitz 3 will come equipped with over 40 community, health, and lifestyle amenities, such as a health club, swimming pools, sports arena, tennis court, barbecue area, and jogging track, among other facilities. With this project, Danube Properties now has 24 residential projects under their belt, and Elitz 3 is the 9th to be launched in the last 18 months, making them the busiest and fastest-growing private real estate developer in the UAE.
