Omniyat has awarded Arabian Construction Company (ACC Group) the main construction contract for VELA and VELA Viento, two flagship projects at Marasi Bay aimed at transforming the area into Dubai’s premier waterfront district. The developments will feature ultra-luxury residences, hotels, retail, and wellness spaces along a landscaped promenade and marina.
Construction is underway, with VELA’s raft reinforcement nearly 50% complete and MEP and façade contractors mobilized. VELA Viento, known for its innovative design, will include three duplexes with suspended dining rooms, two penthouses, and sky-high amenities like an infinity pool and yoga studio.
Both projects are set for completion in 2027.
