Recently unveiled, Atélis at d3, is a bold new landmark in Dubai’s Design District. The 45-story residential tower designed by SOM defines the district’s skyline and sets a new benchmark for design innovation, environmental performance, and contemporary urban living. Positioned on the Creekside shoreline, the building introduces a distinctive silhouette defined by petal-like, curved balconies inspired by the UAE’s national flower, Al Samer. These staggered terraces provide both visual identity and passive solar shading while offering panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and Downtown Dubai.

Atélis will deliver 280 one- to four-bedroom apartments, including three duplex sky villas and two double-height penthouses, combining expansive layouts with refined interiors and uninterrupted waterfront views. The tower integrates three levels of wellness and amenity spaces, including co-working areas, spa and gym facilities, an infinity pool, and landscaped gardens, connecting indoor and outdoor living. The project also has direct access to a newly developed promenade featuring pedestrian paths and cycling routes that link d3 to the wider city.

The development is part of d3’s broader expansion, which will introduce over 500,000 sq ft (46,451 square meters) of Grade-A office space built to LEED standards, along with new public amenities and retail. Backed by an AED 825 million investment and targeting completion by 2028, the project aligns with Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda and 2040 Urban Master Plan, reinforcing d3’s position as a global hub for creativity and innovation.
