Vertical construction has begun on One Beverly Hills, a $5-billion mixed-use development by Cain International, located just west of the Waldorf Astoria and Beverly Hilton hotels. A tower crane now marks the site, where Suffolk is leading the build of the first of two Aman-branded residential towers—the brand’s West Coast debut.
The 17.5-acre masterplan includes a 10-story, 78-suite Aman hotel with a 100,000-square-foot private club, up to 200 luxury condominiums, 30,000 square feet of commercial space, and underground parking for 1,900 vehicles.
Designed by Foster + Partners, Rios, and Kerry Hill Architects, the development will feature 26- and 32-story towers, set to become the tallest buildings in Beverly Hills. A key feature is an eight-acre botanical garden, over half of which will be publicly accessible, integrating walking paths and water features. The first tower is expected to complete in 2027, with the full project slated for 2028.
