CTBUH has confirmed that the Infinity Towers in Shanghai, China are currently under construction, reaching a milestone of topping out and getting closer to completion. The project consists of a pair of commercial buildings standing 100 meters tall. The towers are designed to mirror each other, creating a unified appearance when viewed together and were inspired by two dancing cranes—representing longevity, wisdom, and loyalty.

The symmetrical structures are connected by an open viewing platform on the 15th floor, which features an elliptical opening providing views from both the entrance plaza and the platform. The buildings and connecting terrace form a gateway to the “Flying Fish” commercial complex in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, with a surrounding entry plaza that includes a circular water feature and a small park. The total combined floor area of the project is around 77,000 square meters.
