The 73-story 1000M tower, developed by Time Equities, JK Equities, and Oak Capitals, has officially topped off with the final concrete floor poured. The skyscraper will soar above Grant Park, offering sweeping views of the Loop and Lake Michigan.

The Helmut Jahn-designed tower is 805 feet tall with a unique shape, including an angled base that supports glass-clad residential floors. It has 738 apartments, from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, and a parking garage with 325 cars and 356 bike spaces. Amenities include over 80,000 square feet of space, such as a golf simulator room, outdoor pool with cabanas and cookout area, resident lounge with commercial kitchen, indoor pool and spa, two-level fitness center, and partial basketball court.

McHugh Concrete has finished the structure, allowing McHugh Construction to move forward with the installation of the glass curtain wall and completion of the interior buildout. The building is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2024.
