A 22-story residential building, Sola, has been approved in Gold Coast, featuring a slender deisgn. The Ature Group, the residential development arm of fashion house Sabo and Zaco, submitted the plans with the Gold Coast City Council in January 2024.

The residences are planned to be “ultra-luxury”, with apartments expected to be priced from $2.75 million AUD ($1.84 million USD). The 640 square meter site is at 158 Surf Parade in the Broadbeach area, and the slim building footprint will cover 269 square meters or less than half of the site. Sola will be Ature Group’s largest project to date and the developer is keen to “attract discerning buyers seeking a distinctive and elevated living experience” inspired by the world of fashion.”

Custom finishes along with protected views are part of the design, to deliver a high-end experience for occupants once the project is completed.
Sola is due to launch to the market in February 2024.

Elsewhere in Broadbeach, Morris Property Group broke ground on the first of its two Gold Coast towers on an amalgamated 2590 sq m site late last year, while Sam Arnaout’s Iris Capital filed scaled-up plans for its approved dual-tower Victoria & Albert project in the sought-after suburb.
