A major high-rise development at 425 Bayly Street West in Ajax, a city outside of Toronto. The Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications, submitted to the Town of Ajax by Innovative Planning Solutions on behalf of the developer, includes six high-rises, ranging from 50 to 60 stories, on a 6.22-acre site near Ajax GO station. Currently occupied by a car dealership, the site is set for transformation, with 3,727 residential units, 1,407 square meters of retail space, and 2,139 square meters of office space.

The phased project will feature two initial towers of 60 and 58 stories on an 8-story podium, followed by four additional towers on similar podiums. The complex will also offer indoor and outdoor amenities, green spaces, and extensive parking, with 2,378 spaces for residents and 746 for visitors. The development will also include 1,942 bicycle parking spaces.

Located near major transit routes, the project is part of a growing area around Ajax GO station, which is seeing various new developments, including several mid- and high-rise projects nearby.
