The Gardens Apartments on Alice Street has been acquired by Harry Triguboff, nearly a decade after he unveiled the city’s tallest tower.
The apartments overlook the city’s botanical gardens. The developer spent over $130 million on the property after a long negotiation (nearly two years) for the property at 204 Alice. All 87 of the residences’ owners agreed to the sale, which is in line with a now-ending legislation requiring 100% of owners to agree to sell before a sale can be finalized.
