The 48-story 2 Snowhill Plaza building has recently received permission to go ahead by the City of Birmingham.  The high-rise will stand in the center of the city and will be one of tallest skyscrapers in the emerging cluster of taller developments within urban realm.

The development will also deliver an enhanced public realm and public access way between Snow Hill Queensway and Weaman Street, improring pedestrian connectivity, and supporting sustainable, walkable neighborhoods in a key regeneration area of Birmingham.

Over 600 square meters of enhanced public open space will be provided, alongside extensive planting, seating, and cycle storage. The development will also strengthen the relationship with the neighborhood by improving biodiversity and accessibility for all.
