A new project in Dubai consisting of twin 52-story residential buildings has been awarded to construction company Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co. Developed by Emaar Properties on Creek Island in the Dubai Creek Harbor area, the residences called Creek Waters 1 and 2, and will have a total of 450 and 455 units, respectively.
The total construction cost is said to amount to $233 million and are expected to be completed in 2027.
