Vaughan Metropolitan Centre is currently undergoing an evolution, with the Menkes Developments and QuadReal Property Group’s Festival Condominiums being a notable start.
These condominiums are part of a 75-acre planned community called Assembly Park, with the first two buildings already beginning to define the VMC skyline. The first phase of the mixed-use Festival Condominiums project has made significant progress, and once completed, it will house 4,600 residents. The buildings will be connected by a podium and located next to a lively central plaza with restaurants, shops, a fitness facility, and other amenities.
