The real estate developer Garnier & Garnier has advanced the construction of the second stage of Azenza Towers, a residential project that offers 162 more apartments on a 16,000-square-meter plot, in a strategic location in the city center.
The company will invest approximately US$15 million into the project, which will generate around 150 new direct and indirect jobs after the construction of the new 23-level tower is added to the existing one, which will build out amenities that include modern coworking space, a rooftop lounge, and a pet park.
Garnier & Garnier set walkability as a top priority for the development. The Azenza Towers is part of a 160,000-square-meter mega project, which will have areas dedicated to reforestation and connectivity through walking trails between Uruca and Sabana Norte.
The towers will have seven different apartment layouts and each of these can be selected with a traditional or contemporary internal style.
