Construction preparations are underway for the 44-story Lofty Brickell development, with foundation equipment now installed at the site. Records from the Miami Building Department indicate that a phased foundation permit was issued on April 11.

Developer Newgard previously reported that Lofty Brickell has already sold over 94 percent of its units. Designed by Arquitectonica, the tower will feature 362 residential units, allowing short-term rentals, alongside amenities, a marina, and a social club. Additionally, a 10,000-square-foot (929 square meter) rooftop skydeck will offer panoramic views of the city.
