Fakhruddin Properties has recently had a ground-breaking ceremony for Treppan Tower, a wellness-centric residential development in Jumeirah Village Triangle in Dubai. This area was chosen for its growth potential and community-focused environment.
The project integrates AI-enabled smart home automation to reduce unnecessary lighting and air conditioning use, and features Fakhruddin’s proprietary Smart Air Handling Unit to ensure superior indoor air quality. Residents will have access to hydrogenated, ionised alkaline drinking water, while the Greenhouse Café—powered by radiant cooling and recycled irrigation water—serves as a social hub and includes a hydroponics garden and plastic-reducing refill station.
A color-coded, barcode-enabled waste sorting system aims to cut landfill contributions by 90 percent through composting and recycling.
CEO Yousuf Fakhruddin described the tower as a “next-generation, wellness-centric branded residence” that reflects the company’s award-winning commitment to sustainable development. The project also builds on the developer’s role in the Dubai Land Department’s Real Estate Alliance, formed in April 2025 to promote sustainable growth in the emirate’s property market.
