The showroom for a new 12-story mixed-use project in Guatemala City has opened. In Séptimo’s showroom, located in the the Nova Reformador building, in Zone 9 of Guatemala City, visitors can walk through a model apartment and model office, as well as look at the building’s 3D model.
Developer Comosa’s project on the 7th avenue of Zone 4 is planned at 32,837 square meters. It will be divided into 67 apartments, more than 7,000 square meters of customizable offices, 12 retail spaces, and a total of eight levels of underground parking.
The interior design of Séptimo offers efficient and modern interior spaces, with natural lighting and a cross ventilation system that allows for cooler spaces.
The complex will have interconnected walkways that will make the connection to the Zone 4 shopping center and its cultural district.
