The office space at the 340-meter Uptown Tower has been fully pre-leased in advance of the completion of its construction later in 2022.
Over 495,000 square feet (45,987 square meters) of Grade A office space across 22 floors has been pre-leased out as DMCC expands its presence in Dubai to accommodate its over 21,000 member companies. Anchor tenants include Hisense, HIKVision, the Gemological Institute of America and others who will be headquartered regionally at Uptown Tower. DMCC will be among these companies moving their HQ to the building, which will include a new business center.
Construction is progressing quickly on the Uptown Dubai development, which will deliver a little than six million square feet (557,418 square meters) of Grade A commercial and residential space, a substantial number of retail and F&B outlets, approximately 2,000 residences, a unique central entertainment plaza, and a number of luxury hotels.
Uptown Tower’s design seeks to reference the brilliance of diamonds through its glass façade that illuminates the interior spaces with natural light.
