CTBUH has just received confirmation that a five-building complex, located in Shanghai has begun construction. The project is being developed by Jinqiao Group and has kicked off the complex, the tallest of which is expected to reach 330 meters.  The project’s uses will range from hotel/apartment to residential and retail. The project is anticipated to reach completion in 2026.
