Five new tenants have leased a combined 3,450 square meters of office space in the Widok Towers building in Warsaw city center, which is owned by Commerz Real’s open-ended real estate fund Hausinvest.

The new tenants are: medical clinic chain Enel Med, which has leased 1,300 square meters, real estate company Movatoo (1,000 square meters), German insurance firm Funk Gruppe (500 square meters), consultancy and investment company Vortune Equity (350 square meters), as well as the Advantage Austria trade promotion organization (300 square meters).

Last summer, in 2021, Warsaw’s city council leased 12,000 square meters in the office tower for its financial and architectural departments and planning commission. In March 2022, Polish brand Dobro & Dobro is opening a café on the ground floor..
