The 17-story One Oak Brook Commons rental apartment development in the Village of Oak Brook has topped out.
One Oak Brook Commons will be a Class-A high-rise building with 250 luxury apartment homes and 420 parking stalls within a secured private parking deck.
It is located on the 6.7 hectare (16.5-acre) Oak Brook Commons mixed-use master plan being developed by Hines. The Oak Brook Commons community will include restaurants, retail, creative timber office space, medical office, condo and hotel developments, all surrounding a new public park named The Pitch.
The apartments will average 98 square meters (1,055 square feet). The project will also offer an elevated amenity deck, featuring a heated pool, cabanas, outdoor kitchens and private lawn, as well as a private fitness center, club room, resident library, dog run, pet spa, package facilities, and bicycle storage.
Occupancy is scheduled for early 2022.
