Marina Tower in the Agios Kosmas marina area of Elliniko-Argyroupoli aims to be the first green high-rise building in Greece.
Designs released by Lamda Development highlight green and water features, natural light and unobstructed sea views.
Rising to 200 meters above sea level, Marina Tower will have 200 apartments on 45 floors. It is one of the Ellinikon masterplan’s first architectural landmarks, and will be one of the six tall buildings to be developed at the site.
Completion is expected within the next five years.
