Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have announced the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places — Binghatti City, the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city, marking a landmark collaboration between the global real estate and luxury automotive sectors. Valued at AED 30 billion, the project represents the second branded residential partnership between the two companies, following the success of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai, and introduces Binghatti’s first fully master-planned community.

Set in Dubai’s Meydan district and spanning more than 10 million square feet (929.000 square meters), Mercedes-Benz Places — Binghatti City is conceived as a multi-high-rise branded urban destination. The development integrates luxury residences with cultural, retail, leisure, wellness, and mobility-focused districts, creating a self-sustained “city within a city.” Designed around Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity philosophy, the master plan emphasizes refined living, connectivity, green corridors, and community-oriented public spaces.

The partnership was formally signed at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart by Binghatti Chairman Muhammad Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz Group AG board member Mathias Geisen. The project is scheduled for an official launch on 14 January 2026 and aims to position itself as a distinctive new development in Dubai.
