The Ritz-Carlton has announced plans for its first-ever branded residences and hotel in Houston, to be located on Post Oak Boulevard in the Uptown district near The Galleria. The proposed 44-story, 600-foot (183-meter) building will feature 154 guest rooms and 114 private residences, with homes starting at 2,200 square feet and offering uninterrupted views.
Residents will enjoy nearly 27,000 square feet of exclusive amenities, including private floors with a motor court, lobby, and elevators, while hotel guests will have access to 50,000 square feet of dining, wellness, and cultural spaces. The project is being developed by Deiso Moss and Cleary Interests in collaboration with Marriott International, with Redeavor Group leading sales and marketing.
A sales gallery is currently under construction at the site, with private previews expected later this year. A construction timeline has not yet been announced.
