On 2 November 2022, Outpost Management announced that its latest Build-to-Rent development—Enclave: Croydon—has reached its maximum height. Standing at 158 meters, the development is among Europe’s tallest modular buildings.
Delivering 817 Build to Rent homes across a 49-story tower in Croydon, the scheme is being brought to completion by developer and contractor Tide Construction and its volumetric modular company Vision Modular Systems.
Employing the latest modular construction techniques, Enclave: Croydon is set to complete with an estimated construction time of 30 months. It’s expected to open in late 2023.
