Nanjing’s skyline is gaining a striking new landmark with the nearing completion of the 416.6-meter, 88-story Zijin Financial Building in the Hexi CBD. Currently undergoing lighting tests, the skyscraper has already drawn crowds of citizens capturing its futuristic profile.
As the centerpiece of the second phase of Nanjing Financial City, the 206,500-square-meter tower combines offices, hotel facilities, banquets, and spectacular views. A high-speed elevator will bring visitors to an 84th-floor observation deck in under a minute, where the 4.5-meter-high floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of the city, including the Twin Towers and Olympic Sports Center.
Interior office fit-outs are complete, with system debugging and inspections now underway. Full completion is slated for late 2025, marking a milestone in Jianye District’s push to integrate financial growth with urban amenities and high living standards to attract top talent.
