Anthem at The Metalworks, a 14-story building located at 93 Arthur Street South in Guelph is the fourth installment in what will eventually become the five-building Metalworks community, currently under construction along the banks of the Speed River. The project is being built by Fusion Homes, and once complete the “urban village” will feature 600 units with 2.5 acres (1 hectare) of open green space, a wide urban river walk, and 30,000 square feet (2,787 square meters) of commercial space. A heritage building from the 1800s will be absorbed into the project.
At Anthem, residents will find a piano lounge, a 1,185-square-foot (110-square-meter) fitness club, co-working studios, and a guest suite. Anthem at Metalworks will be home to 194 of the community’s residential units, with one- and two-bedrooms. Ceilings will reach up to 10 feet (three meters) in height.
