The Southern Land Company (SLC) has announced a nearly two-acre project at 2811 Kirby Drive in Houston’s Upper Kirby district. SLC plans to develop a mixed-use project that consists of two buildings. This project marks SLC’s entrance into the Houston market. 

The 36-story residential building will have 318 luxury apartment units and robust amenities. The office building will be built on a total of 75,000 square feet over a garage podium, with features of the building including 22,000 square feet of rooftop, restaurant, and retail space. 

SLC is continuing to work with the City of Houston to finalize specific plans for the site. Design details and renderings will be available at a later date.
