Grupo Rosul recently announced its new Gaura project in Guatemala City. Costing approximately US$60 million it is estimated to reach completion in 2025, and is estimated to generate more than 700 jobs directly, and more than two thousand jobs indirectly.
The project will offer about 130 residences, with access to amenities such as a gathering area, a pool, and an outdoor kitchen.
A commercial plaza will be included in the project with over 5,000 rentable square meters to add value to the neighborhood.
