The 28 floor residential tower called ‘Skyline’ will be constructed in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. The project will be built by Fortera Properties and represents an investment of USD $153 million (€150 million), USD $30.6 million (€30 million) more than initially planned. “Changes to the project” and the “expressive increases in the construction sector” are behind this rise in the value of investment, admits the property developer.
The Skyline tower will be built in the area of ​​General Torres, in Vila Nova de Gaia, and will have a total of 111 luxury serviced apartments, an infinity pool, a health club, bar, two restaurants and panoramic views. The luxury apartments will be between 40 and 100 square meters. In addition, it will also house a hotel with 160 rooms.
