Urban Arab Emirates (UAE)-based engineering and construction company Emirates Stallions Group (ESG), and Abu-Dhabi-based developer Q Holding are launching a new joint venture. The venture, Century Village, aims to develop and administer an AED320 million (US $87) staff accommodation project on Al Reem Island.
GBH International Contracting has been chosen to be the main contractor to construct the project, while Royal Development Company (RDC) has been appointed as the development management company.
The project will offer a range of shared amenities, and what is described as an all-inclusive community living experience. Once completed, the project will provide a co-living experience for approximately 5,000 staff members.
