The Sentinel building in Sandyford, Dublin has been abandoned and unused since 2008, despite originally being planned as an office building 15 years ago. On July 27th, Dante Property Company Ltd applied for planning permission to transform the tower into a residential apartment complex. The new property would house 110 apartments with a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom units. Additionally, the planning permission requests residents’ amenities such as a gym, lounge, car park, and electric vehicle charging points.
