Renaker has announced the completion of the first of three towers at Colliers Yard, which is a significant milestone in the revitalization of the Greengate community.
The 50-story Build-to-Rent tower has been acquired by Courtland, a well-known real estate investment, development, and management company. Cortland at Colliers Yard will offer 559 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for rent, along with over 25,000 square feet of amenity space.
In addition to the glass-clad tower, there will be a three-story brick podium level that will create a vibrant neighborhood at street level, featuring shops, restaurants, and bars.
