Azizi Developments, a developer in the UAE, has announced that Creek Views II, Azizi’s $95.4-million development in Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City, has reached 17 percent completion.
Scheduled to be handed over by Q4 2023, Creek Views II offers 116 studios as well as 436 one-bedroom and 35 two-bedroom apartments. The 587-unit residence features two swimming pools, a fitness center, and a children’s play area.
Creek Views II is situated in Dubai Health Care City, which is home to a wide variety of major medical centers as well as retail options.
Azizi Developments recently launched Rêve, its 24-building, luxury development in its Riviera project, as well as the 634-unit Creek Views I project in Dubai Healthcare City.
