The 37-story residential seafront tower with 83 luxury apartments called ONE overlooks the Mediterranean Sea coastline of the city of Limassol in Cyprus has been completed. The high-rise building stands at a height of 170 meters (588 ft) and was developed by Pafilia. The design was guided by international standards and a team of experts, including BuroHappold, Meinhardt Façade Technology, KONE and Doka BmbH to deliver a unique building.  Atkins is the architect with WKK Architects as the Architect of Record.

Facilities include 24/7 concierge and security services, a large pool with voluminous sun decks, planted terraces, a lounge area with panoramic views, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa.
