A development application has been submitted by Spyre Group for the construction of a 10-story residential apartment building located at 570-576 Coronation Drive, Toowong.
Designed by Bureau Proberts, the AU$90 million (US$72 million) development features a curved white concrete façade with all apartments designed to face the riverfront.
An open void is proposed at the ground level podium of the development which would feature landscaped gardens and provide public views towards the river.
A rooftop pool and BBQ area is planned as well as private roof terraces for the two proposed penthouses.
