The four-tower residential complex, Núcleo Sabana in San José is slated to feature an office center, gastronomic market, amphitheater, large gardens and various recreational areas. The project is aimed at busy professionals that want to be able to live, work, and have fun within close proximity. The construction of tower B has generated 900 jobs thus far. 

Federico Mora, Sales Director of RC Inmobiliaria, said that the project’s strategic location will provide added value to the area and generate important sources of work, and will be an ideal option for live, work and enjoyment in the same spacious, modern setting. 

At the infrastructure level, the total investment in Tower A is US$45 million, while the construction of Tower B is closer to US$70 million. Currently, Tower A is in its final stages with progress reaching nearly 95 percent.
