Scaled back plans for an eight-story apartment tower have been lodged with the Brisbane City Council to include future-proofing technology.

Frank Developments is delivering the project in partnership with Epoca Property Group at 33 Wyandra Street at Teneriffe, to be called Ducale.

It comes hot on the heels of Maison on Moray Street at New Farm, which Frank Developments partnered with Graya on.

The BYculprit-designed tower has been scaled back from 37 to 26 apartments in a shift to a more family and future-focused design, according to Frank Developments managing director Frank Licastro.

Licastro said the market in Teneriffe was focused on owner occupiers, and the revised development would include double-story four bedroom apartments that were more suitable for families.

The building will also include communal fast EV charging stations, e-bike and e-scooter chargers and capacity for individual apartment owners to fit out their own car parks with charging technology.
