Pre-applications have been filed for a mixed-use tower at 2700 Sloat Boulevard in San Francisco. The 51-story tower marks a significant change from previous versions. Plans were first revealed on March 29th, when CH Planning LLC’s founder shared their intent to submit plans for a 560-foot (170-meter) tower. The plan has since increased in scale.

The now 581-foot-tall (177-meter-tall) tower is planned to deliver close to 616,180 square feet (57,244 square meters) with 506,790 (47,082 square meters) of that dedicated to apartments, 15,300 for retail (1,421 square meters) and 94,090 (8,741 square meters) for a basement garage. Among the different residential configurations, there will be 344 studios, 184 one-bedrooms, 114 two-bedrooms, and 80 three-bedrooms.
