A 12-story residential project in Guatemala City recently broke ground. Located in Zone 13, Torre Pamplona 1ra Calle will provide 115 2- and 3-bedroom apartments over a total of 17,800 square meters. The project will also include five levels of underground parking.
Apartments range from 65 square meters to 84 square meters. The largest units feature double balconies.
This is the second such project for developer Amaranto Inmobiliaria. Nearby, the 12-story Torre Pamplona 14 Calle in Zone 14 broke ground in March.
Project completion for both buidings is anticipated by 2023.
