One of Chicago’s publicly traded marijuana companies is close to leasing space for a new headquarters in River North, a potential breakthrough for cannibis firms that have struggled to find landlords willing or able to sign them office deals.
The headquarters would be located at Five One Five North State, a 30-story, 130-meter-tall building in Chicago’s River North, a loop-adjacent neighborhood.
