CTBUH has just received confirmation that a three-building residential complex, located in Fortaleza, Brazil has reached completion. The project, Reserva das Palmeiras is being developed by Moura Dubeux and was designed by Cia de Arquitetura. Each of the three buildings reach 23 stories and 78 meters.
